- Kessler Foundation Research Center needs people who are at risk for Huntington’s disease (HD) and have not been gene tested to participate in a "focus group" that will help us decide what questions are most important to ask in order to learn about the "quality of life" of people who have HD.
They are developing a questionnaire that doctors, researchers, and policy makers will use to learn about how having a HD affects people’s lives.
One, 2-hour visit at the HDSA Delaware Valley Chapter office on February 9th from 6 to 8 PM, to participate in a focus group, where a group of 5-8 individuals who have HD will be discussing their quality of life.
* You will receive $45
* Free snacks and beverages will be served
* Knowing you have helped develop a tool that will be used to better understand the quality of life of people who have HD.
